This wonderful essence is made from comfrey (Symphytum officinale) flowers under the sun in local mineral rich spring water from the eastern Pyrnes mountains. All th plants I use grow on my smallholding. Comfrey flower essence is used by those who have experienced pain & trauma in their lives, during their younger years, some say even trauma that has been passed down through generations. A flower essence is made by infusing the energetics of a flower in water with the sun or moon. It was made with much thought, respect & gentleness in the hot sun.
