Baskets are flattened & wrapped in sacks when shipping by courier. This does not damage the baskets: they are resilient & durable. When you unpack your basket please simply follow forming instructions below: Forming instructions 1. Simply dampen your basket in cold water or spray some cold water. If any avoid soaking leather. 2. Place the basket on a flat surface & use your hands to reshape the basket to its original appearance. 3. Let it dry completely. Do not keep them in wet places. 4. When it dries, it will once again be perfect!
