Vintage French striped cotton men’s workwear trousers. No size on these - please refer to the measurements on the listing. Please check the actual measurements below & enlarge the photos. We no longer accept returns if an item does not fit. Circa 1950s. Cut wide in the leg by design. Button fly with hook & eye fastening, two pleats each side of the fly, side cinch tabs. These have belt loops, a buttoned seat pocket & side pockets. All cotton in shades of faded grey stripes. Please note that these are originally men’s pants & will fit women very differently - do please check & compare the below measurements to establish if these will fit you as we no longer accept returns or offer exchanges. Look to have been let down at some stage in the past - the lower legs have a darker band & are patched on the inside of the lower legs with some overstitched repairs. Faded in parts with some mottled fade marks here & there (seat, legs). Some general wear in the lining, patched repair to one of the pocket liners, some general wear on the outside, uneven colour & some minor marks. Mismatched buttons at the fly. Laundered & ironed & ready to wear. Measured at 35 1/2 at the waist in total (17 3/4 side to side) Outside leg length is 38 1/2 in total Inside leg/ inseam is 27 9 3/4 across the hems rise at the front is 14 rise at the back is 16 20 1/2 across at approx hip height (note that these are originally men’s pants & will fit women differently!)
