Retro Owl Salt & Pepper Shakers Vintage Lusterware 1950's Japan "As - Is

This is a set of vintage lusterware owl salt & pepper shakers. Sweet little birds nestled in their own caddy, making it easy to pass back & forth for all to use & enjoy! Set is in fair condition with nice paint in that famous peachy orange, black & blue iridescent hue. Unfortunately one of the owls has had a flake chip to his ear. (I’ve pointed this out in one of my photos) I didn’t even notice it until I put this set under the bright lights for photography. It’s not extremely noticeable unless you are searching. Great addition for the owl or bird collection. Perfect little accent for a retro kitchen ! Approximate measurement of the caddy is 2-3/4 tall, 3-1/4 wide & 1-3/4 deep. The owls measure about 1-3/4 tall by 1’’ wide. Made in Japan circa 1950’s. NOTE: There are not corks in the bottoms of these shakers.
