Our 3D printed mason jar sleeves allow you to turn a 16oz wide mouth mason jar into your own hydroponic planter by blocking light & protecting plant roots. Our products are 3D printed to order with PLA bioplastic. in a still water, Kratky, hydroponic system, plant roots grow into nutrient rich water. The roots drain the water & change structure to absorb oxygen. in order for the plant to continue to grow, the water level must be controlled to maintain the balance between roots in water & roots in air. Our 3D printed mason jar sleeves allow easy access to see & refill the water in the hydroponic reservoir. All sleeves come in two parts, a main container & a lid. The lid is threaded to screw right on to a mason jar. All you need is a 3 net pot & you are ready to go. Opening in lid is made for Aerogarden pods. Buy any Aerogarden seed kit & follow the instructions to get started. Use nutrients sparingly, approximately 0.5 ml per 32oz of water. Item does not include mason jar, net pot, seeds, plants, rapid rooters, rockwool cubes, peat pellets, clay pebbles, nutrients, etc. It is just the 3d printed sleeve that includes the container & lid.
