Enjoy a 1 hour online holistic health workshop where I will teach the importance of Kitchen Alchemy. You will also learn how to create your very own food medicine made with high powered nutrient dense foods: like turmeric, horse radish root, citrus fruits, ginger, garlic, raw apple cider vinegar, & herbs to boost immunity naturally & target specific health ailments. I will teach the importance of programming your food to work for you & share the benefits of each of the ingredients we will be using. Together, we will also do a small meditation & simple breathing techniques to strengthen & deepen your lungs.
