Coloque Seed Necklace

The Choloqe seeds are some of the hardest seeds in the Amazon. The tree is also called Jabn. Traditionally these seeds were made into necklaces & worn for good health & protection. Each seed is hand punctured with a handmade tool similar to an ice-pick in a slow & careful process. They were made by a Shipibo woman in the Amazon jungle in Peru. The necklaces measure 17-18 ( inches). These necklaces are heavy & each seed is a quarter to a half inch in size. The necklaces are sold separately.
