Beautiful circa 19th century oak banded European piggin bucket. Originally used on farms during the 19th century as a large grain scoop milking bucket etc. They were a very versatile tool with a special hand carved stave to act as a handle to aid the worker. This is a stunning piece great for use in the home or garden. The item is in used vintage condition & there may be some age related marks & wear & tear.
