From the English silversmiths, Daniel & Arter, we have a salt spoon marked Burmaroid. Also known as nickel silver, it actually is made from copper, nickel & zinc. The firm of Daniel & Arter of Birmingham England was formed by Thomas Daniel & Thomas Arter in 1892 & traded with this imprint until 1920. We believe the spoon dates from 1900 - 1909 as it is a family piece. It measures 3 9/16 of an inch long. The marks on the reverse side are clear - D&A & Burmaroid. It is in lovely vintage condition. Please view all the photos as they are surely the best descriptors of condition. It’s a beauty & will add a touch of elegance to any table. Thank you.
