Please read the description carefully to make sure you select the correct paper: Plain sheets of seed paper / card for you to work your magic on! Extra Thin = approximately 120gsm (similar to printer paper - can print easily on most inkjet printers, especially if they can print on card) Thin = approximately 160gsm (paper - can print on most inkjet printers) Regular = approximately 200gsm (thin card - can print on most inkjet printers that can print on card & some regular printers) Thick = approximately 300/400gsm (card - CANNOT print on printers - only recommended for crafting) Please note, seed paper is generally less dense than normal paper so even if your printer can print on 300gsm card, it will struggle with our thick paper. Handmade Packed full of bee friendly flower seeds (a mix of 4 varieties) Made from 100% Pre-Consumer Recycled Cotton Eco Packaging PAPER The perfect paper/card for crafting anything from wedding invitations to product tags to greeting cards. As each sheet is handmade, there will be some variation in thickness. PRINTING These seed sheets can be printed on but only on inkjet printers, ideally via a rear feed slot & only if the correct thickness is chosen for the machine. We would recommend going as thin as possible for your needs. Some printers do not like seed paper due to the uneven texture of the paper & also, some seeds might get dislodged. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that might be caused to printers. Please note, laser printers should not be used as excessive heat can decrease the germination rates of the seeds. We would not recommend using a commercial printer, unless they’re experienced with printing on handmade seed paper, as seeds can either become over-heated or crushed in the process. The only commercial printing we would recommend is screen printing without excessive pressure. Due to the uneven texture of the paper, we would advise against using large blocks of colour as this can cause streaking/lines. SEEDS Our seed paper is packed full of seeds! They can easily be cut down to size for smaller cards, invitations or cut outs etc. We choose our seed mixes with bees in mind & each sheet includes Sweet Alyssum, Poppy, Baby’s Breath & Rudbeckia.. These are non-invasive species that are commonly found in the wild & in garden shops. They can be grown in pots & left outside for bees & other pollinators but we do not recommend disturbing nature by planting in the wild. PLANTING To make sure your seed paper has the best chance of turning into beautiful flowers, be sure to write/print instructions on it. Recommended planting time - Spring/Summer Soak in water & tear into small pieces. Place pieces in a pot of compost & lightly sprinkle more compost on top Keep the soil & paper moist (but not soaking wet) in a warm & light environment Once your small plants have grown, place pot outside or keep on a window that has lots of sun. Do not plant in the wild. Looking for a different quantity?
