Shipping & Returns

Health and Herbs will normally dispatch items within three working days of receiving your order. We will advise you by email when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 21 days for receipt of international orders as the speed of international postal services is beyond our control. Many customers will receive their order in a much shorter period of time.

You can click on the “Estimate Shipping” button while viewing items in your shopping cart to get an accurate shipping cost for your selected goods.

Most of our products are shipped via An Post and our charges reflect their standard postal rates.

Returns Policy: If any of our items are unsuitable for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange their return and exchange or refund. You may only return items that are in a saleable condition, (i.e. have not been opened or used), unless they are faulty. However, as delivery costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs and any exchanges will incur delivery charges.
