Pre booked therapy taster sessions and a series of talks will take place from 4pm -9pm. Come and meet with the Health & Herbs therapist of your choice for a 20 minute introductory session which will only cost you €10!

Scheduled talks on the evening include menopause, weightloss and cholesterol management.
