Wholefood Vegetarian Cookery Classes are held on Saturday and sometimes Sunday mornings from 10 till 1pm in Moycullen.
I cook approximately 6 recipes per class from a range of soups, dips, stews, bakes, salads, breads, cakes and desserts.
All the recipes are dairy free with the occasional exception, some are gluten free and are all Low GL.
I include a wide range of wholefoods - grains, beans, lentils, nuts and seeds and of course lots of vegetables.
