Add lots of 'beans and peas' to your diet including Tofu and fenugreek seeds in particular, and lots of fruit and vegetables. Have a chamomile tea, particularly at night. Take oily fish, nuts, seeds, and avocado, especially if you're feeling cranky or sleeping poorly.
